Hank Brennan
Hank Brennan is a dedicated and experienced trial lawyer; focusing his area of expertise on criminal law. His reputation and success in protecting people accused of crimes is a result of his in depth understanding of the criminal justice system, the strategies and tactics of prosecution and his mastery of the trial skills necessary to defend his clients.
Obtaining his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (1996) following his graduation from Boston College (1991) with a Communications degree (cum laude); his trial experience is comprehensive with numerous appearances in Superior, State and Federal Courts. Criminal cases include: life felonies including first degree murder, rape, career criminal, and also other serious felony including manslaughter, sex crimes, white collar crimes, police misconduct, drug trafficking and violent crimes.
Attorney Brennan began his career as a prosecutor working in both Essex and Suffolk County. He prosecuted various types of violent felonies, arson, and financial cases in both the General and Major Felony Units. His prosecutorial experience allowed him to indict hundreds of cases and provide keen insight into Grand Jury investigations, police and governmental decision making and indictment decisions.
As a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a guest lecturer at several colleges in the Boston area; Attorney Brennan has also been honored by the Suffolk University Law School, American College of trial lawyers and the American Bar Association for his outstanding achievements for trial advocacy.
Attorney Brennan has handled a number of controversial and publicized cases including government misconduct and police brutality.
