John E. Oh
Attorney Oh is a criminal defense attorney with Carney & Bassil. He practices in State and Federal Court. Attorney Oh graduated from Boston College Law School in 2009, where he was the Mock Trial Champion and a Client Counseling Quarterfinalist. He interned at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands, drafting orders and portions of a judgment in a genocide case. In addition, he clerked with Shell Oil Company, the United States Army JAG Corps, and a medium-sized firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to joining Carney & Bassil, Attorney Oh was a law fellow with the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Before attending Boston College Law School, John worked for the Supreme Court of the United States as the Aide to Chambers of the Honorable Stephen G. Breyer for two years. He graduated cum laude from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Political Science, a Minor in History and a Certificate in International Relations.
